kache kele ke chipps ke liye do kache kele le.Chips cutter ki help se use kat le. Phir haldi or namak ke garm pani mein dak ker nikal le.
kapre per thora dry hone ke liye phela de. Ek pan mein tail garm ker ke tej anch per fry kar le. Chat masala dal ker vart mein khaye.  Agar namk na khana chahe to crushed sugar dal kar kha sakte ha.

phie gara hone tak chalate rahe. gara hone per 150grm chini dal ker chalaye.bad mein thora khora pista kate badam dal ker bhunle. iske bad thali mein thora ghee laga kar jama de. thori der mein chake ke sahayta se diamond shape mein kat le.vart ke liye kalakand tiayar ho jayege.

How to make Seviyan?

Pehle gas pe pan rakho
pir usme seviyan dalo or thoda sa roast karo
double pani dalo ,sugar equal to quantity of seviyan
add two spoon ghee , pan ko cover kar ke sim pe rakh do
pani khatam hone tak wait karo

Serve hot with dry fruits
