Masaledar Punjabi Tinde



250grm tinde le kar knife ki help se peel kare. 1 glass pani boil kar ke tinde usme dale aur gas off kar de. Ab salt,mirch,haldi,gram masala,amchur,sambhar powder dhaniya sab 1/2 tbs spoon aur haldi 1/4 le. ab tinde pani se nikal kar cotton clothe se dry kar le. Ab tinde four piece type cut kar le wo aps mein jure rahne chahiya. Ab tinde mein dry masala fill kare . Pan mein mustard oil boil hone ke liye rakhe, oil mein 1/2 tbs lemon oil dal kar lid laga de. oil ko awaj anne tak dakhe rakhe. Ab dhakkan hata kar usme tinde dale or  slow flame per pakne de. Dheere side change kar ke thora brown tone tak pakaya. Green chillie coriander grated paneer dal kar decorate kare. Gram roti ke sath ya lache wale prantha ke sath iska anand le. Bharva punjabi masale wale tinde taiyar ha.

Kache Aam ka Panna


2 medium size ke ambi le. use peel karke slice mein cut kar le. Phir one glass water cooker mein dale thora mint leaves le or slice ke sath  pani mein boil kar le. Ab mixcy mein mash kar ke chan le. Ab usme  50grm sugar 1/2 spoon bhuna pisa jeera thora sa chat masala dale. Ice cubes dal kar chilled kare. Rayta boondi ,mint leaves, mango slice se decorated kar. Homemade garmi mein thandak ka ahsas dene ka lajawab sharbat.
