250grm tinde le kar knife ki help se peel kare. 1 glass pani boil kar ke tinde usme dale aur gas off kar de. Ab salt,mirch,haldi,gram masala,amchur,sambhar powder dhaniya sab 1/2 tbs spoon aur haldi 1/4 le. ab tinde pani se nikal kar cotton clothe se dry kar le. Ab tinde four piece type cut kar le wo aps mein jure rahne chahiya. Ab tinde mein dry masala fill kare . Pan mein mustard oil boil hone ke liye rakhe, oil mein 1/2 tbs lemon oil dal kar lid laga de. oil ko awaj anne tak dakhe rakhe. Ab dhakkan hata kar usme tinde dale or  slow flame per pakne de. Dheere side change kar ke thora brown tone tak pakaya. Green chillie coriander grated paneer dal kar decorate kare. Gram roti ke sath ya lache wale prantha ke sath iska anand le. Bharva punjabi masale wale tinde taiyar ha.

Kache Aam ka Panna


2 medium size ke ambi le. use peel karke slice mein cut kar le. Phir one glass water cooker mein dale thora mint leaves le or slice ke sath  pani mein boil kar le. Ab mixcy mein mash kar ke chan le. Ab usme  50grm sugar 1/2 spoon bhuna pisa jeera thora sa chat masala dale. Ice cubes dal kar chilled kare. Rayta boondi ,mint leaves, mango slice se decorated kar. Homemade garmi mein thandak ka ahsas dene ka lajawab sharbat.

Besan Ke Gatte

250grm besan le kar usme 2 big spoon oil,igrated onion,thora grated garlic&ginger,1/2spoon jeera,salt as per taste,red chillie thora tikha,thora dhaniya cut kar ke pure masalo ko besan mein mila kar ek sar kare. Phir thora-2- water dal kar thora hard puri ki tarah doe bana le. Ab ek pan mein 1/2 litre water boil karne ke liye high flame per rakhe. Tab tak aap doe ko thora-2-le kar lambi -2- stick type bana le or boil hote pani mein dalte jaye. After 15 minutes gas off kare, pani mein se sticks nikal kar knife ke help se 1/2 inch ki coins type cut kare. Ab kadai mein thora tail dal kar 1lacha type cut onion, tomato in dice, kadi patta 10,rai 1/2 spoon,haldi 1/2 spoon, green mirch 2 dal kar fry kare or cut kiye huie coins dal de thora sikne ke bad chat masala dail de. Gram gram gatte as snacks soas or green chutney ke sath refreshment mein khaye.
Agar ap gatte ki sabji banana chae to boiled cut kiye huie gatted onion,ginger,gralic ke paste kiye fried masale mein dale or boiled water jo gatte boiled karne ke bad rakha ha usme gravey ke liye dal de Thora boil hone ke bad gram masala dale or green dhaniya se saja de. roti,rice,puri ke sath racedar gatte ki sabji ka anand le.

250grm dal le kar 250 grm pani mein bhigo de. After 4hours dal ko dhokar 11/2lt milk mein boil karne ke liye kadai mein rakh de. Jab dal,milk ek sar dalhia ke tarah ho jaye to 100grm ghee le kar use bhune Jab batter ghee chorne lage to 150 grm sugar dal kar khub chalaye jab sugar ghul jaye, batter sticky lagne lage to ek plate mein ya trya mein use faila de or balen ki help se roti ke tarah dry fruit dal kar  faila de.
Afer 15 minutes knife ki help se diamond shape mein cut kar le.Healthy chikkie for tea break ready ha.Is tarah aap urd channa dal ki burfi taiyar kar sakti ha

Instant Vegetable Idli 

One bowl suzi,one bowl dahi,onespoon ginger,chille paste,1/2 spoon salt,1/4 spoon turmeric,thore se rai ke dane,grated vegetable like carrot , cabbage,mashed peas etc. Dahi mein ¼ cup water dal kar mash kare, phir sare masala and suzi mila de. Ab cooker mein pani boil karna rakh de,idle stand mein thora sa oil laga le. Ab batter mein one spoon oil,one spoon eno fruit salt leomon flavour dale, stand mein batter dal kar jaldi se boil karna rakh de. After 10 minutes idle ready ho jayegi. One cup water mein 2 lemon dal kar 2 spoon sugar dal kar boil kare. Pan mein ek spoon oil gram kare,sarso ke dane and hari mirchi dal kar fry kare ,phir lemon ka ghol dal de ,phir idle plates mein rakh kar upper se ghol dale or soft –soft khatti meethi idle ka anand  green chattni ke sath le.

200grm paneer cake ke 8 slice bana le. Ab ek bowl mein 2spoon dahi,ek spoon corn flour,1spoon ginger chille paste,salt,blackpeeper,haldi  mirch powderand,rai powder dal ker smooth sa paste bana le.  ab slice ko is paste mein dal kar marinate kare dheere-dheere pura paste slice per chipka de. Ab non stick tave ko gram kare or thora sa oil dale. Slices ko tave per set kare. Bilkul kam gas per side change kar ke light brown hone tak paka le. Green chattni ya tomato soas ke sath serve kare.Healthy evening refreshment ready ha.Chahe to slices ko dice mein cut kar sakte ha.
