Jab dal,milk ek sar dalhia ke tarah ho jaye to 100grm ghee le kar use bhune Jab batter ghee chorne lage to 150 grm sugar dal kar khub chalaye jab sugar ghul jaye, batter sticky lagne lage to ek plate mein ya trya mein use faila de or balen ki help se roti ke tarah dry fruit dal kar  faila de.
Afer 15 minutes knife ki help se diamond shape mein cut kar le.Healthy chikkie for tea break ready ha.Is tarah aap urd channa dal ki burfi taiyar kar sakti ha
