                                         Mint & lemon sharbat
1litre water le. phir 250grm mint le kar water me dal ker boil karne ke liye chor de. jab water 1/2 litre rah jaye to chan ker 500grm sugar mila kar gas per boil hone ke liye rakhe.jab sharbat thora thik ho jaye to utar ker thada kare. Thanda hone per 1/2kg lemon le ker juice nikal kar usme mila de phir bottel mein
dal kar rakhe.jab bhi dhup mein nikle thora sharbat or chilled water milyaen or grami ko dur bhagaye. Grami mein thandak ke ahsas ke liye.
