Baingan le ker thora usper oil masal le. Phir knife ke help se usme chote-2- cut laga de or usme garlic ki kaliyan daba de. Ab baingan ko stand laga ker gas per tej aauch per naram hone tak bhun le. Phir ek pan mein pani le kar baingan ka chilka alagh kare. Pan garm kar ke 2spoon oil dale.2onion or 2 tomato dice kar ke usme bhun le. phir thora matar ke dane shimla mirch chopped, salt 1spoon lal mirchi 1/2 spoon  dal de. Ab bhune baingan ko kisi glass ki help se mash kar le or bhune masale mein mila de. Thori der pakne ke bad coriander leaves or gram masala dal kar serve kare.  Surkh red barta taiyar ha.
