Besan Ke Gatte

250grm besan le kar usme 2 big spoon oil,igrated onion,thora grated garlic&ginger,1/2spoon jeera,salt as per taste,red chillie thora tikha,thora dhaniya cut kar ke pure masalo ko besan mein mila kar ek sar kare. Phir thora-2- water dal kar thora hard puri ki tarah doe bana le. Ab ek pan mein 1/2 litre water boil karne ke liye high flame per rakhe. Tab tak aap doe ko thora-2-le kar lambi -2- stick type bana le or boil hote pani mein dalte jaye. After 15 minutes gas off kare, pani mein se sticks nikal kar knife ke help se 1/2 inch ki coins type cut kare. Ab kadai mein thora tail dal kar 1lacha type cut onion, tomato in dice, kadi patta 10,rai 1/2 spoon,haldi 1/2 spoon, green mirch 2 dal kar fry kare or cut kiye huie coins dal de thora sikne ke bad chat masala dail de. Gram gram gatte as snacks soas or green chutney ke sath refreshment mein khaye.
Agar ap gatte ki sabji banana chae to boiled cut kiye huie gatted onion,ginger,gralic ke paste kiye fried masale mein dale or boiled water jo gatte boiled karne ke bad rakha ha usme gravey ke liye dal de Thora boil hone ke bad gram masala dale or green dhaniya se saja de. roti,rice,puri ke sath racedar gatte ki sabji ka anand le.
