                                                     Punjabi Bharva Bhindi
250grm bhindi dho kar ponch kar knife ki help se lamba aise cut kare ki wo aps mein masala bharne ke liye juri rahe. Phir 2spoon sambhar masala le,salt,turmeric,mirch,mango powder,dhaniya powder,gram floursab 1/2-1/2spoon le kar 1/2 lemon juice mila kar ek sar kare.2spoon pani dal kar masala aloo mash stuff ki tarah bana le. ab ek-ek bhindi le kar masala bhare. Pan gram kar ke 2spoon tail dale or bhindi ko barva side upper ki taraf kar ke 2 a 3 minuter fry hone ke bad masala bhindi mein set ho jayega phir side change kar ke 3 minute tak pakaye.Ab isme 1/2spoon anardana powder or 1/2spoon jeera powder burk de. You can see how beautiful is has given. dhaas bhindi is ready. Is tarah aap kisi bhi flavou ka jaise kari masala,channa masala etc. dal kar tasty bhindi bana sakte ha.
