250grm besan le kar usme 2 big spoon oil,igrated onion,thora grated garlic&ginger,1/2spoon jeera,salt as per taste,red chillie thora tikha,thora dhaniya cut kar ke pure masalo ko besan mein mila kar ek sar kare. Phir thora-2- water dal kar thora hard puri ki tarah doe bana le. Ab ek pan mein 1/2 litre water boil karne ke liye high flame per rakhe. Tab tak aap doe ko thora-2-le kar lambi -2- stick type bana le or boil hote pani mein dalte jaye.
